Our crews are made up of skilled operators, trades and site support staff who work together to deliver installation through to maintenance services across a wide range of products and environments. We invest in our people through ongoing training and development, and maintain a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and accountability across every project.
Our crews are fully trained, continuously upskilled, and have the appropriate tickets to operate machinery:
- White Card
- Working at Heights and Confined Space training
- Rigging (basic to advanced)
- Crane operation (CN to CO)
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- Telehandler
- Scaffolding and rope access
- Accreditations for fitters, boilermakers, welders, carpenters
Riggers
Deliver safe lifting, installation and structural assembly on site.
Crane Operators
Operate cranes to safely and efficiently lift, position and install equipment.
Welders
Complete fabrication, welding and structural modifications.
Fitters
Assemble, install and maintain mechanical components and site infrastructure.
Trade Assistants
General labour, EWP operators and essential hands-on support.
